Items:
Call or e-mail us immediately and we will instruct you how to
return your purchase. Return postage will be paid for by Sally's
Gifts and Cards.
Special
Orders & Out of Stock Items:
Special
orders are payable only by credit card. For special orders, a
non-refundable deposit totalling 50% of the purchase price (excluding
shipping) is required, balance in full is required before delivery.
The 50% deposit and balance is payble only by credit card. Deposits
on cancelled special-orders are non-refundable, unless item is
unavailable.
Returns:
If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase,
we offer a 10 day refund policy. Call or e-mail us at, 1-888-274-0707,

for a return authorization code.
Return
you purchase and a copy of your sales receipt in its original
package. Items must be returned in new condition with all original
paper work enclosed.

*Shipping costs of all non-defective items are incurred by the
customer.

the item for the full replacement value. Any uninsured item arriving
